Bogan Developments is expanding beyond Kalamazoo with its first LIHTC win: a 52-unit affordable housing project in South Haven Township. The Early Learning Center at Zone 32 is transforming Kalamazoo’s Northside through education, care, and community. A partnership between Bogan Developments and the YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo, it serves 30 children daily with healthy meals, swim lessons, and a curriculum that builds lifelong skills—while creating jobs and opportunities for local families.
