Bogan Developments Expands to South Haven with 52-Unit Affordable Housing Project
Bogan Developments is expanding beyond Kalamazoo with its first LIHTC win: a 52-unit affordable housing project in South Haven Township. In partnership with Wallick Communities and Mno-Bmadsen, this development will bring much-needed affordable homes to the Lakeshore while reflecting our ELITE standard of quality, vision, and impact.
Zone 32: An ELITE Model of a Complete Neighborhood
Zone 32 is a $4.7 million redevelopment on Kalamazoo’s Northside that brings the vision of a complete neighborhood to life. Combining affordable housing, the YMCA Early Learning Center, and local job creation, Bogan Developments delivers these amenities at an ELITE standard—ensuring quality, design, and opportunity for every resident.
