Bogan Developments to Break Ground on Zone 32 Phase II, Adding 38 New Mixed-Income Housing Units in Kalamazoo’s Northside
Phase II continues the transformation of a reclaimed brownfield site while expanding housing and community amenities
Kalamazoo, MI – Bogan Developments will celebrate the groundbreaking of Zone 32 Phase II on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., marking the next stage of development for the mixed-use community in Kalamazoo’s Northside Neighborhood.
Phase II will add 38 new mixed-income housing units to Zone 32, expanding a development designed to bring housing, community resources and new investment to previously neglected brownfield land.
The new two-story building will be located near the intersection of Pitcher and Myrtle Streets and will include a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartments. Phase II will also add enhanced amenities, including a community room and outdoor recreation area, complementing the early childhood programming and commercial space already located at Zone 32.
