Kalamazoo, MI –Bogan Developments had been awarded $2 million through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority’s (MSHDA) Employer Assisted Housing (EAH) Program, supporting the creation of 20 workforce housing units for Bronson employees earning between 60% and 120% of Area Median Income (AMI).

This investment represents a meaningful step toward addressing Michigan’s workforce housing needs by ensuring that essential workers can live closer to where they work—strengthening families, employers, and communities alike.
