In partnership with the YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo, Bogan Developments established an Early Learning Center, which has served 30 children daily since October 2023.

Building B offers 12 affordable housing units catering to residents earning 60 to 120% of the Area Median Income, including four two-bedroom apartments and eight studio apartment options.
Bogan Developments Office
Located adjacent to the Early Learning Center, the Bogan Developments office not only signifies Jamauri Bogan’s role as the first African American developer in the area but also his commitment to being at the heart of the community’s transformation.

The rent structure for affordable housing units at Zone 32 is designed to ensure affordability.
At a cost of about $4.7 million, Zone 32 reclaims part of a 1.4-acre former Brownfield site in the city’s Northside neighborhood.
Zone 32: Phase 2
Utilizing about 0.6 acres of undeveloped land on the east side of Pitcher Street, Phase 2 will add 36 additional apartment units.
